20 % premium for all holiday rentals

Additional Charges and Fees:

$500 Security Deposit is required to reserve dates. This will be refunded upon inspection by our cleaning service and mailed to you within 14 days of your leaving.

A cleaning charge of $150 will be added to your rent, regardless of the length of your stay.
